The terms below apply to purchases made by private customers only.
To make an online purchase you must be of legal age. Purchases made on www.italiento.com are governed, for anything not expressly provided for in the following purchase terms, by Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005 (Consumer Code) on consumer protection in distance contracts.
The following are the terms governing the sale of products marketed by Engier di Matteo Negrisoli. Any new rules will take effect as soon as they are published on the Italiento® website and will apply to sales made from that time on. Consumers are invited to read the sales terms carefully each time they make a purchase through www.italiento.com

Italiento® is the trademark owned by Engier di Matteo Negrisoli under which the products shown on this website are presented and sold. The main products offered are socks and tights for classical dance and more.

PRODUCT PRICES
Prices shown on the website include VAT. Any shipping cost and any cash-on-delivery fee are indicated in the “Shipping costs or charges” section, within the order brackets shown on the website.
Prices (including VAT) are shown at the end of the order form in the size and colour grid linked to each item in the online catalogue and are visible only after registration.
Discounts and promotions are visible after registration.
Prices shown include Italian VAT and do not include any duties and/or taxes applied by other foreign countries.
Such duties and/or taxes are set solely by the local governments of the various countries, and it is impossible for the seller (Engier di Matteo Negrisoli – Italiento) to know them before shipping the goods.
Any additional costs due to duties and/or taxes applied in the buyer’s country of residence are borne by the buyer and are not refundable by the seller (Engier di Matteo Negrisoli - Italiento).
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE
If it is impossible, even temporarily, to fulfil the order in part or in full, Engier di Matteo Negrisoli will contact the buyer to arrange any new terms, without prejudice to the buyer’s right to request the cancellation, even partial, of the order and the consequent refund of the corresponding amount already paid by credit card or bank transfer.
If the data entered by the buyer are incomplete or otherwise incorrect (so as to make delivery of the parcel impossible), Engier di Matteo Negrisoli will contact the buyer in order to agree on the place and method of return.
Engier di Matteo Negrisoli’s request for certain data such as e-mail and telephone number is made in the buyer’s interest, so that the latter can be reached if it becomes necessary to redefine the order details, including partial or total cancellation, and to agree on the method for any refund of amounts already received.

Product warranty
Italiento guarantees its products are free from any defects.
Should the consumer nevertheless find a defect in the purchased products, they may exercise the right of withdrawal within 30 working days of receiving the goods. The consumer may request information, submit any complaints or remarks, and communicate anything they deem appropriate in the following ways:
